1. BSc in Quantity Surveying or other related subject.
2. Over 20 years experience in construction, 10 years as Contract Manager.
3. Major project experience, preferably in Highways and Bridges.
4. Claims experience (FIDIC).
5. Excellent communication, fluent in the English language.
6. Previous experience of working in the Gulf

Our client is a major international contractor currently delivering a 500m USD Highway project in Qatar.
They require an experienced contract manager to join there team with sole responsiblity of managing all contractual matters working close with the commercial team on the project.
Reporting into the project director and executive board you will be required to liase both with PMC, and stakeholder to protect our clients interest in all areas of the project schedule.
